This epic is well told by the narrator Travis Baldree, though there were a lot of up and down in the story everything was well handled by the narrator. Stories with a superb climax and a lot of characters to deal with are always hard to narrate so Baldree had an uphill task to tackle. Author Tao Wong has taken peace away from the people of the land in the third part which means that every character is well geared up for a fight.
The people of Wei are all ready to invade the territory of Shen. The two clans have been in a state of war since the beginning and during this summer they want to end the war forever. Ending the war means that there will be only one survivor at the end of the war while the other clan will be eradicated from the world.
Wu Ying’s village is in the middle of all this and the people of the village cannot remain away from the war because they have to select aside. Choosing a side means accepting the same fate that the ally will face at the end of the war. Wu Ying was actually thinking of finding a way towards immortality before the start of the war.
Now he has to solve this problem first before thinking about his personal goals. The Guild’s Demands and A Capital’s Perils are the other two famous books that came out of the pen of the same author. These are not just books rather these are legends that will stay in the world of literature forever. No one can forget to appreciate these wonderful stories full of action.
