Davis Ashura knits another tale about the cadets who have survived hell recently. Nick Podehl is the one who is narrating everything related to the series from the beginning and the narrator has kept the same kind of effort in this episode as well. Surviving through the Dagger Mountains was not an easy thing to do. No one has been able to succeed in such a mission before. Cinder and his men have been able to do the impossible and now the elven princess wants another job done because she knows that only Cinder has the potential to do it.
There is also another thing that the people of the land are keeping an eye on i.e Cinder’s new emerging powers after every battle. Cinder has been able to enhance his powers and there are some who think that he is the one who is fulfilling prophesy about a fallen god. The fallen god died almost three thousand years ago and there was prophesy that he will be reborn one day and will bring changes to the world.
Now the people think that Cinder is the rebirth of that god. A Warrior’s Penance and A Necessary Heresy also come with the same amount of surprises. The element of surprise has dominated all the stories by Davis Ashura. The reality is kept hidden so that the people get excited about it and go through the story without any kind of break.
Different predictions about Cinder also make the audience excited at this point and no one can leave the story midway. The ending is not against the expectations of the fans but there are certain things that an ordinary listener cannot guess about this novel.
