Stars Awoken (A LitRPG Apocalypse) is the seventh chapter of The System Apocalypse. This science fiction novel is written by Tao Wong. He is a self-published author from Canada. He was an avid fan of science fiction thrillers and tried writing the same when he took writing as a career. Forbidden Zone is one novel after the subject title of the author, which is highly recommended. The Second Storm: A Xianxia Fantasy Epic is another good one from Tao Wong.
The audio narration of this book is done by Nick Podehl. He has many successful performances under his belt and with that experience, he gave another sensational performance in this novel.
The story of this novel starts with the character of John Lee. He was the one who left the planet Earth behind him and journeyed towards the capital of the Galactic Council.
He was looking to take a rest in that long journey and was also seeking the answer about what exactly the enigmatic System is. In that situation, John Lee planned to spend some good time reading about Irvina. But, John Lee has his plans and fate has its own about the human Paladin. He was then up against a new quest. The Galactic Society was quite unfair to its people and the extent of that unfairness was just as much as the Earth. In that scenario, John Lee must look to decide whether his desire for a quieter life completely outweighs his conscience.
This is an excellent LitRPG post-apocalyptic book from an excellent System Apocalypse series. It combines science fiction and fantasy with modern-day life, which will make an exciting experience for the listeners.
