Chaser

Chaser is the third chapter of the Dive Bar Series. This book is a contemporary romance novel and the author of this book is Kylie Scott. She got the title of the most favorite Australian author of romance in 2014. This recognition was the second time in a row. The author owes a lot of her success to the Dirty novel. Repeat is another heartwarming title by Kylie Scott.

The narration of this book is done by Will Damron. It was not a good performance as the male narrator has too much of a feminine voice. He didn’t bring much to this book. Eric has a very well-earned reputation but of a bad boy. Considering that, he was having a rough and tough time in scoring. When Jean, a single lady moves to the town, then she seems to be sent there as if by the sex gods. The only problem is that she doesn’t want to do anything with him. Hut, it was revealed that she is pregnant.

Staring in a tiny town was not an easy thing for Jean. She was determined to alter her wild lifestyle and to become the mother which she always wanted to be. Eric Collins, the local bar hottie owner is determined to stay pretty much clear of the pregnant Jean and that should be easy for him. But, when she was in labor during a heavy snowstorm in the town and her car slide down from the ice then it was Eric who came for help.

The book is good and most loved for the character of Eric. It was his sweetness that added so much to this story. The narration had a lot of room for improvement.
