Gunnar, the man who entered Eden Gate just for a taste and then got stuck in this strange world was looking for a way out in the previous parts. Now he has accepted the fact that he cannot get out of this world. Surviving on your own is not possible so one has to fight his way out with the help of some friends of course.
Gunnar plans to form a guild for himself and also a place where he can live and rule at the same time. Guildmates are needed and Gunnar has Adeelee, Rachel, and other people like Jax in mind but convincing them is not easy at all. Even if he can convince them still Edgewood is not a place for humans. The dark elves are not friendly at all and they are not ready to share their domain.
When they hear about the plan Gunnar gets shocked and decides to put an end to the plans and existence of this mere human. Edward Brody keeps the potential of Jax hidden for the sake of a surprise. Even Gunnar is not sure that whether Jax is a sparrow or not. This confusion goes on for a very long time and we get reminded about several things from Eden’s Gate: The Sands and Eden’s Gate: The Reborn.
Time is closing down on the heroes and the only way they can survive is together. Pavi Proczko has shown a wonderful performance in narration and has made it a joyous ride. Having more than one narrator could have enhanced the fun a little more but it is still fine.
