Jewels of the Sun

Jewels of the Sun is a contemporary romance novel. It is the first volume of Gallaghers of Ardmore Trilogy. The book is written by Nora Roberts. As per her diehard fans, nobody writes romance better than her. As an example of her best work in romance, you must check out her Stars of Fortune novel. She has also written mystery thrillers where her Year One novel got a lot of success and appreciation from the audience.

The narration of this book is done by Patricia Daniels. It was not a satisfying narration at all. Patricia was heard stressing a few words unnecessarily and that didn’t help at all. You might find her going strong for a minute or two and then it gets all flat with her tone for a good few minutes. Jude Murray was quite determined to reevaluate her own life and she then flew to America to take shelter in the Faerie Hill Cottage. She immersed herself deep in the learning of the Irish folklore and finding out hope for the magical past’s future.

Aiden Gallagher was finally back in her home in Ireland after traveling for years. He had some rare understanding regarding the haunting myths of his country. Although he was ready to manage the family business of a pub, there was a hint of wilderness that was still glinting his own eyes. He sees a woman in Jude who at the same time could stir his blood and soothe his heart as well. He started to share all the known legends of the land with Jude, while they together started to create a very exciting and passionate history of their own.

The story of this book is nice and it has some interesting characters as well. The major downside of this novel is its narration which was very inconsistent along with multiple flaws throughout as well.
