L.J. Shen is the bestselling author in Washington Post and USA Today for her contemporary romance novels. The author also has a distinction among her contemporaries to earn a nominee in the Goodreads Choice Awards for Best Romance novel. Midnight Blue is also a romantic novel and quite a good one. Playing with Fire and The Hunter are two more good novels by the author.
In this audiobook, you will have the narration of Muffy Newtown and Shane East. The dual POV narration worked like a charm. The audience had a good time listening to the voices of the narrators which is full of energy.
It should have been quite easy where I required the money and he wanted to have a babysitter. I was kind of cherry-picked for him. I was quite optimistic, responsible, innocent, and warm. The worst of all is that I should have done better with the knowledge of things, especially in knowing Alex Winslow. He is a serial heartbreaker or perhaps a Casanova having dodgy whiskey eyes.
But, I didn’t listen at all. I signed a contract for a three months world tour. I had to travel across four continents to complete my 100 shows. I am Indigo Bellamy. I am the one who sold her soul for the tattooed person. But, I guess my soul wasn’t good enough for Alex Winslow. This Midnight Blue is perfect with its storyline, characters, and performance. The performance was particularly good by the male narrator whereas the female narrator was above average as per listeners. The book has a lot of abusive languages so that is a warning for the listeners.
