Flirt is the 18th chapter in the long and beautiful Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter (Unabridged) novel series. A series becoming this big endorses the fact that it is very much loved by the audience. The flirt novel is a paranormal type and it captivates your attention for a good few hours. The novel is written by the talented writer, Laurell K. Hamilton. She has been giving some exceptional books in the paranormal romance and fantasy fiction categories. A couple of her good reads are Guilty Pleasures and Sucker Punch.
Kimberly Alexis is the narrator of this chapter. She has a legacy of narrating many audiobooks with her powerful voice. She didn’t let down her fans and their expectations in this chapter as well.
When Anita met Tony Bennington, her prospective client then she had all sympathies for him for the loss. Tony was someone who is badly looking to have Anita revive his deceased wife. Anita had some idea about love and she also knows a thing or two about everything that will go in loss. Another thing that she knew was something that Tiny seems not to be convinced with. The thing about something that she could do as a necromancer is not meant to be the miracle he needs. That very creature that Anita could force to come out of the grave of Mrs. Bennington wouldn’t be Mrs. Bennington. It would not be a thing. At least, not for a long time.
It is a nice but very short novel. It would have been much better if there was more to this story. The audience will enjoy it still though where a definite share goes to the strong vocal performance given by Kimberly Alexis.
