Invisible
Invisible is a thriller & suspense fiction novel. It is the opening chapter of the Invisible novel series. The book is written by James Patterson and coauthored by David Ellis. James has plenty of novels to prove his worth as a stellar author of mystery thrillers and one such incredible novel from him is The Cornwalls Are Gone. On top of that, the listeners will also be fascinated by the audio version of his The 8th Confession novel.
The audio narration of the Invisible novel is done by January LaVoy and Kevin Collins. Both of them make an excellent pair of narrators and the performance of the Invisible novel has been simply outstanding. Emmy Dockery as per everybody was crazy. Emmy was obsessed with finding the link between multiple unsolved crime cases. She took leave from her job as a researcher at the FBI. Then she had the newspaper clippings only with her that wallpapered her bedroom along with her persistent nightmares of a terrifying fire.
Harrison Bookman, a field agent was her ex-boyfriend of Emmy. Even he wouldn’t believe her that countless rapes, kidnappings, and murders were connected. Things changed when Emmy found some evidence that he couldn’t afford to overlook. Many more murders were reported by the day and all of those were inexplicable. There were no motives, no weapons, no murders, and no suspects found. Could there be one person responsible for all of those unthinkable crimes?
The Invisible novel has crime thriller writing at its absolute best. Patterson was disappointed with some of his prior novels but this book made his comeback once again as one of the finest writers of mystery/ crime thrillers.
