The Guardian is an erotica novel. It is the sixth book in Dark-Hunter: Were-Hunter novel series. The book is written by Sherrilyn Kenyon. If we talk about her novels individually then Upon the Midnight Clear is an awesome book from the author. Apart from this, you must also spend some time listening to the audio version of her Eve of Destruction novel. The audio narration of The Guardian novel is done by Fred Berman. He did extremely well with his accents, pacing, and characterization.
Lydia was a Dream-Hunter who was charged with the most dangerous and sacred of all the missions. It was all about descending into the Nether Realm and discovering the lost god of dreams before he could go on to betray all of the secrets with the potential to kill her and all of her types. One thing that she never expected was to be taken away as a prisoner by the most vicious guardian of the Realm.
Time for Seth was running out. If he just couldn’t hand over to Olympus with the entrance then his own life and that of his people will just be forfeited. No matter whatever the torture there, Seth has never been able to break the god that was within his custody. Then there was Lydia, the beautiful and charming Dream-Hunter. She was not only guarding well the entrance of Olympus but she was also holding back one of the darkest powers of the world. If she failed then an ancient curse would just haunt the earth one more time and no one will ever be safe there. Evil is meant to be seductive all the time…
The Guardian is a wonderful addition to the Dark Hunter novel series. You just cannot go wrong when Sherrilyn Kenyon is writing and Fred Berman is narrating.
