There are quite a few narrators who possess the talent to narrate fantasies perfectly. Usually, the narrators try to give time to the classics because fantasies are hard to tackle. Daniel Wisniewski is different i.e he likes to narrate fantasies and he has developed the kind of voice which suits the characters of these fantasy tales. A war is going on in this series and evil seems to be winning the game on the battlefield.
Many warriors with magical powers are taking part in this big war but there are two who are not present on the battlefield because they are being kept as prisoners. One is Garron who is working as a servant in the state of a Mage along with Lord Andros and is really tired because of the hardships. He thinks that both of them are going to die very soon because of the burden of work.
If they want to survive then they have to run away from the place which is not easy and if they get caught then their captor will surely give them capital punishment. Jackson is the one who has kept both of them as slaves for a long time and he is in no mood of letting them go free.
Rohan Hublikar and Dakota Krout have shown real pain in this story which they have written very carefully and accurately. Having an idea about Law of Strength and Hand Made Mage in mind before starting this book might not be a bad option after all. It will help every listener to get the concept of magic in his mind clearly.
