Four narrators have been charged with the duty to narrate this episode of the series. The names of the narrators are Eric Kimerer, Erica Mendez, Cristina Vee, and Keith Silverstein. Nisioisin’s books are usually narrated by more than one narrator because there is so much in it that a single person cannot handle all of that himself.

The author starts knitting the story with the description of a girl who is highly appealing. Though the girl is attractive she is often seen in a sick condition by her classmates. She does not take part in active sports and often comes late to school because she pretends that she is terribly sick.
Still, the boys in her class like her presence and they think that she is a princess from a strange land. One day a loser present in the class sees the truth behind the entire thing and becomes a part of the adventure in which the dangers never end. The girl was actually a monster from the inside and the danger that was coming to the institute and the entire town as well was because of her.
She was actually trying to stop all those strange diseases but she was failing in her every attempt in a serious way. So with the help of her new friend she decides to start everything all over again and this time, there is a chance that she might get things right because there is a friend on whom she can rely.
